A Spectrum for Christmas
For Christmas in 1982, I got a 48KB ZX Spectrum and a small black-and-white TV. I was twelve. I'd been trying to learn BASIC from magazine listings, with no computer to run them on.
I took both to my grandparents' Christmas lunch. That day, I knew I wanted to spend my life making software.
I still love that computer. ZXJS is where I port its old games to JavaScript.
